There's something strange going on with that sale. Last week, the seller "apparently" accepted a "best offer" for $17,500. That offer WAS accepted. Either the buyer got cold feet or the seller had second thoughts. At any rate, that sale (original link below), was for the same poster, and it "closed" eight days ago (Feb. 26), and now, as Jay pointed out, it's back.
