interesting article. i think many posters don't need to be linen-backed unless it's saving them from deterioration and/or they require restoration BUT that Pick-Up poster is a no-brainer. the talented artist/art director possibly couldn't have legislated for those fold lines quartering beverley michael's head so violently and so linen-backing out the folds has transformed this poster back to how it was intended to be seen. great stuff, n
