I received an e-mail from a non-collector asking for information about the
value of a "Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country" poster. From the size,
47X70, I assume this a vinyl lobby display poster or more likely a bus stop
poster. Not being a Star Trek collector, I have no idea of value or if
this poster is even desirable. Opinions from the peanut gallery?

Thanks,

When the Star Trek film, The Undiscovered Country, finished its theater run
at the Century Theater in San Jose, CA, my son, who worked at the theater
gave me this poster as a present, since I am a Star Trek fan.

It is a canvass poster, approximately 47" by 70", and if I recall correctly,
the printed date of 12-13-91 was not correct.

It is in mint condition, having spent half its life rolled in a cardboard
tube, and the remaining half hanging in a dim hallway, never receiving any
direct sun or strong light.

I would like to know the value of this poster, and is there a market for it?

Thanks for any help you can give me.
