Hey Scott,
I sounds like it is a bus stop poster. I frame them all the time and that is
the dimensions. They are typically on heavy stock and rolled. This is one of
those titles that's value is really whatever someone would pay for it, however
bus stop posters are not as easy to get as a one sheet. If I were selling it, I
wouldn't let it go for under $75 - $100 and the oversize bus stops are
beautiful and very impressive when framed. A Star Trek collector would love it.
