That's *NOTHING *compared to those guys who have $14 "buyers premiums", but still advertise "$1 no reserve" auctions. Why not just start the bidding at $15 and accurately say "$15 no reserve" auctions. There's nothing wrong about higher starts, but everyone should be honest about where the bidding starts.
