As far as I know, there has been no criminal action taken on this. The
civil suits are on-going, the one Profiles filed against Rega, and the one
Rega filed against me. As far as I know, there has been no lawsuits filed
against Poster Mountain, which I really do not understand. If Poster
Mountain had determined the poster was a reproduction at the start, we would
not be having this conversation. For me, this case and the Haggard case has
baffled me a bit, in some respects. It appears that there must be more to
the relationships between many of the players, than meets the eye. Of
course, this is just my opinion.
