I fully agree that such an issue should not waste everyone's time and the
posting space on this list.
That is why I will keep my reply brief and to the point.
1.-For the past two weeks I had pneumonia and only returned to my "email
duties" on Friday.
2.-I have answered Al's message sent via eBay channels of communication, in
three different ways:
a.-by clicking reply
b.-by clicking Respond
c.-when I haven't heard back from him, I forwarded my message to his personal
email address I got from eBay.
3.-As a collector myself, I fully understand the emotions involved in this
process and offered Al not only my apologies but also a full refund, as stated
in my listings, and asked him to help with cancelling the transaction.
I have also explained to Al that I wanted to describe the "f*ck you" pencil in
my listing but the seller
assistant wouldn't allow me to include an obscenity so I just
described it as "pencil writing".
4.-I'm sorry that an eBay transaction has created this amount of pain and
anguish.
I only have one question:
1.-why, as a seller, one is not allowed to have some time off, for personal or
health reasons, and that is a luxury only reserved to buyers ?
