The Falcon does exist. It was auctioned at a Christie's auction. I held it for a news photo, and it weighs a ton, and it had scratches on if (as if someone slashed at it with a knife) so if that was a fake it was a great one.
Of course, the one with all the jewels inside is still somewhere waiting to be found!
