Recently I watched some films Ken Russell made for TV. There are some musical and artist biopics which presage later feature films like THE MUSIC LOVER. Two were particularly affecting for me. The first was a portrait of Frederick Delius and the other a film about Edward Elgar. These are available from Netflix in a series called KEN RUSSELL AT THE BBC.
