Someone posted recently that they had some problems with this bidder not paying
for a bunch of posters. I filed a non paying bidder report on him as well and
if you look at his feedback he has received quite a lot of "false positives".
Instead of leaving false positives they should complete the non paying bidder
process. That way the bidder will end up being suspended for multiple non
payments. This is just a heads up that sellers might want to block this bidder.
