Freeman,
in this case, I paid for Priority, and while the seller appears to be legit,
for whatever reason, he cannot show a tracking number, so I have no proof when
or how he shipped it.
I don't mind to take the risk of probable loss on any low-key items, but when
it comes to a value of $300+ even I am happy to pay a premium and have a chance
to track my order.
Now in a case like this, when I pay for a registered service, and the seller
can't show me a valid tracking number, I will obviously file a claim with
Paypal, and that's what I did.
