Pictures, 1894-1912," published by the U.S. Copyright Office - Library of
Congress in 1953. This 92-page book lists every film ever made and released in
the U.S. during that period, a catalog of 8,506 works representing 6,000
titles, ending exactly 100 years ago. It has no dust jacket and is in very
good condition with library wear but with NO missing or torn pages.
* This book comes from a recently dismantled research library used by news
reporters - and has all the markings and stampings typical of such books. It
has NO photos but lists the earliest films ever made during the silent era,
many which no longer exist in any form. The images below give you an idea of
what's inside.
