well I will now tell my last years events for Mopo so you will know
my Journey as of late...
If You remember MOPO helped me raise money for Diabetes walk and I
was off to a good start...
what happened was in Feb 2010 I went to a eye doc to get glasses ,
he said you dont need glasses youneed a retinologist to do lazers
yourgoing Blind from the diabetes...
well I had no insureance however I was able to get a local city
insureance for uninsured.. and received lazer and constant assesment
since 2010.. I am legally blind in one eye and in my good eye its
like 20/40 So they took away nightime diving.. so then I told the
Docs I would pay it forward and started to walk 5 miles a day in a
park, became a vegatarian and started to lift weights and all... well
in 2009 I thought my foot was infected and went to a clini and they
gave me anitbiotic.. But actually it was onset of Charcot foot a rare
disese from Diabetes that causes the bones to soften Microfracture
and then collapes and make a wound on the bottom called a Ulcer..plus
it can lead to amputation... all because I was walking trying to get
healthy...
well so I went to two doctors who didnt diagnose it,, and I kept
walking on my Foot in the park as it swelled up and seemed infected..
so they gave me antibiotics... then Finally they said se a foot
doc... Months had past and it just stayed inflamed Finally the foot
doc said You have celulitis and put me in Hospintal 2 days on
vancomicyn and then oral for liek 2 months.. sjhots and all kinds of
stuff,, went to ER like 5 times... then.. I decided to do a cleanse
of all the antibiotics.. so In June 29 2011 I took all kinds of
herbal stuff and epson salts and stuff to clean me out... well I
ended up at the ER from JUne 29 -JULY 9th.. they said I had a
Pulmonary embolism and My heart was at 20% and my foot was infected..
so here I was they wanted to do a open heart surgery bypass and I was
almost dead..so they did 4 heart stents and then I have ben in bed
since July 9th with few exceptions as I still have the wound and im
not supposed to walk on the FOOt.... its been such a spiritual
awakening and I woulnt go back for anything as Ive learned so much
aboutLove and life and people.. OK so then I tried to get disability
and medicaid however I had my saveings so i was considered
ineligable... I had jus paid the leyman Brother 9,000 after they
rejected my Obama refinance loan as I pay 8.8% on my house...
1,067.00 a month !! and so now I watched my remaiing savings pay for
the last 8 months all my expence while I barely made a sale...I
grossed 5 k over that time GROSS,,, so then on Dec 30 2011 I get a
denial from social security that My insureance ran out March 31
2011...because i didntpay in last few yests because I made no profit
after all the expences.. SO.... using my last funds up.. Ive just
thought well Guess i need to work whether I can or not... so this
will be a feat... I sold my rusty van for scrape and am selling
anything I have off in a last ditch attempt and hoping that my appeal
with SSwill happen But not expecting it... I never was on any
assistance so this entire ordeal has been humbling.. I hope to pay it
forward somehow as Ive seen the plights of homeowners and the sick
and ill from a inside view,, However like i said Its been very
fufilling in that I finally am waiting for God... as I told a pastor
in the hospital... she said you think jesus left you right?? I said
Nooo I left Jesus I dont believe in him..... well all i can say is
Its the most incredible Journey Ive ever had and its like im learning
to trust.. I basically said God i surrender as I have no clue how I
can get better or get out of this...
so far hes seems to be there I just dont get the answers I would
like... Like this remeber the woman I chased 12 years???? well I
didnt tell her what was happening all 8 months as I felt like such a
loser, I had worked so hard to get a home , car build my finances and
body.. yet her I was Broken and sick and broke,,,, so i emailed her
and Told her about what happend... she emailed and said wow hope ou
get better I met a guy in July and Im pregnent,,!!! yep..
in a way God has shown me how we never know what will happen next....
so I told the woman I suggest she get married and be with the dad as
shes having a Boy.. and I think its important that the original Dad
be with the son...
anyways... so I put my old recor up as I guess i figure the future is
uncertain and i thought collectors like that stuff and Im basically
going to try to sell off all I can to try to get well and stave off
losing my house in addition to all else.. BUT I just wanted my Mopo
gang to know... as Its been a long ordeal imagine laying in a bed 8
months.. no park, no flea market,, lots of TV christian shows and
news...and facebook...I really appreciate the disabled
oh I did get fitted for Bioptics that will aloow me to see distance
20/20 they are telscopes that attache to glasses the rehabilitation
of the state of OHio is helping me... the doctors and hospitals have
all been helpfull I see wond care every two weeks... and I dont plan
to Give UP ever and just want you to know I love you all and
understand when ever I hear of deaths or illness and setbacks as we
are all so close if you think... one gallery owner I know justt was
diagnosed with stage 4 cancer so Ive seen that... and I know Bruce
had some heart stuff awhile back se what this teaches us is to Love
everyone and value each day... Hope everyone has a great 2012 and God

I plan to list this week.. have to take some docs to SS... 1st.. OHH
and my son Tommy was like a angel from heaven and filled some orders
while I was in hospital and took me around... I was so honored and
surprised at how much he cared about me..because after divirce i
didnt seem him alot. OK thanks FOLKS
