Rich! Agghh! BG was one of my absolute favourite actors. Not a phony bit of acting in anything he did, he was especially brilliant in Anatomy Of A Murder and his films with Cassavetes.
There are so few of these understated yet monumental actors left, although Phillip Baker Hall and Sam Waterson still fly the flag....
