Jim my eldest is 20 in a few weeks time, she still laughs at the last brick gag for Laurel and Hardy as do my two younger kids. They all watch movies whether it be at the cinema or on dvd.
My sentiments underline yours in fact...if you don't take your kids to the movies - to laugh, to cry, to be scared, to be thrilled - then you are not doing your job as a parent!!! Well maybe you are but you should take them to the movies. This never happened to the other fella. -----Original Message----- From: James Gresham <[email protected]> To: MoPo-L <[email protected]> Sent: Mon, 12 Mar 2012 0:37 Subject: Re: [MOPO] OT: Personal Little Milestone Our kids are all older now. When they were young, we took them to the movies frequently. Now that they are adults, they all love the movies. It reminds me of that Bible verse, Bring up your children in the proper way they should go, and when they are older, they will not depart from it. So, to all you guys with young children, take them to the movies!
