Of course then there are those that you win the auction, pay for it and then are informed that the item was lost or some other reason it can't be shipped. I have heard all the excuses, and on several occasions, and this happened to me also, that the seller was offered more money after the auction by someone else. The best one I ever heard was that the person's van, with all his posters in it, was stolen and my poster that I won the auction for was in the van. Of course, monies are refuned, but then, in this particular case, I saw the same poster up for sale a month later, with a reserve, by the same seller...... Sue www.hollywoodposterframes.com
