For the 3 people who actually care about this, some new information has come to light and there are now at least 2 campaigns that were definitely used in 1936, suggesting that there was a regional campaign like "Reefer Madness" used 3 years later - although happily, Dwain at least used the same title for each region, unlike "RM".
