We have registered over 11,000 people, but 3,000 or so haven't purchased in over a year, so we made them "inactive", something eBay never does. We have found that these accounts are the ones most likely to turn up later as "prank bidders" so by limiting the site to those who have used it within a year, we have greatly improved site security, which has allowed us to keep collecting from over 99% of the buyers.
