Doesn't the time code of 2003 in bottom right corner suggest this $21K one is the first example to be sold, at Christies in 2003 for £52K? Until 2004, and the next one appearing at Heritage, I thought that the official version was that there was only one in existence, and remainder were presumably still with original consignors.
Interesting that the Christies website has the 2003 listing retaining the inaccurate claim. Honest of them.
