I have just attempted to bid live on an auction through Artfact and there were
intermittent issues throughout, some of which prevented me and presumably
others from bidding on various lots. I was able to win two lots but there were
times when the button to bid was out of sinc with the actual bidding making it
impossible to bid. I'm certain that this would have cost the consignors money.
Not sure if anyone else has had any problems with Artfact but I wouldn't
recommend them based on my experience today.
