reconstruction surgery On May 1s 4-5 hours of surgery that Fused my
ankle and removed bones and wired me with Pins to hold the bones
together from Charcot foot disorder. My surgeon was Dane Wukich in
Pittsburgh Pa a specialist in foot reconstruction and dibetic foot
disorders, his Bio is avainible on google.. he was a major in USA
army and was at for bragg and Germany and in desert storm theatre..
Hwas able to save my foot from amputation.. I will wear a external
fixator 3-4 months untinl the bones weld..its a 40lb devise on my
foot that has pins that stick in the bones..the only concern is
infection while it heals.. so Ill be home bound and unable to do amy
kind of work at all... My hope is to pay it forward and help people
