PayPal’s reaction may be ridiculous but, in my experience, sadly, typical. Having said that, it is my opinion that the purchaser should have known better. Identifying your purchase as “Cuban Poster”, in the USA, is a bit naïve. Even a Canadian knows that.

PayPal refused to pay me the money, because it was a "suspicious" transaction!
