>I love customer service storys.. that was a great thing Clark did
and filiment strapping tape is great its fibreglass threads... the
tubes pop open from compression when in the conveyor system.. and so
the tubes become like pop guns..strapping tape crisscrossed and then
take the packing tape and encircle outer edge and acroos and that
will get it there.. sounds like emovieposter runs a tight shipping
dept... Bravo.. 6 inch tubes are huge.!! they can survive most
anything.. Yazoo is my supplier too.

OK I have to give a customer service story... You know me...:)
well I had foot surgery in pittsburgh on May 1st 2013... and had to
return on May 9th.. so on the way home my phone rings and it was a
guy who bought my Movie reel clock and sai it stopped working...
Ironically he was in harrisburg, Pa.. and I was on 180 in Penn.... is
that funny?? well the guy sent me the clock and i figured I could
do a quick fix as I could reach the parts without walking... so I
open it up and placed a battery in and the clock worked perfect...
see i offer as customer service to fix then FREE if the person pays
to and from shipping and have for years because the motors are USA
made and garenteed 6 years but Ive had clocks running 20 yrs... so
Its rare to ever get one returned Its just i feel that comfortable to
offer the garentee.. so when I called the guy and said ive tested it
two days and it hasnt stopped.. he said maybe his wife didnt put the
bettery in right..... so hopefully I have a happy customer and I gave
him some vintage jesse james drive tickets and memorabilia extra....I
just thought the Timeing was funny...no pun intended.+ TOM
