We want to be certain that you have *PLENTY* of notice, because right before every deadline we have, there are always some people who "cut it too close" and want to send us items, but because we were past our deadline, we could not include their items, and we really * HATE* when that happens! To avoid this problem, you want to start thinking about sending us your items *NOW*, even if it is solely to start "getting them together". Why should you consign to this next auction? Because there are lots and lots of good new buyers these days (at least here at eMoviePoster.com!), and it really makes sense to be selling your quality items at the auction house where there are lots of buyers and they are paying good prices (as can be seen by exploring the above four galleries and seeing how many great prices we achieved)! We know that all of those same bidders will be participating in our September 2013 Major Auction (and of course, we will have even more new bidders by that time!), and it can be *YOU* getting those strong results in this upcoming major auction, but remember that we want the type of items you *DON'T* see in our regular auctions, and best of all are those items that you don't see very often at all in any auction! What we *DON'T* want you to submit are items that *ARE* seen often in our regular sales, because rather than the prices of those items being "lifted" by being with great items, it often tends to work the other way, and those items sometimes go for less, probably because people have so many other more rare or more desirable items to spend their money on. We think the results of our June 2013 Major Auction back this up. There * WERE* a couple of hundred items out of the 1,424 that sold for $30 or less. Certainly some of these items may have been "bargains" that deserved to sell for more, but it is also likely that quite a few of them should never have been in the major auction to begin with, and many or most of them would likely have sold for higher prices in our regular auctions. So it is to both of our benefits for you to try hard to only submit items for the September 2013 Major Auction which truly make sense for that auction (we are not so much price oriented as we are "rarity" and "desirability" oriented for this auction, but we would like to try to have only items with a realistic retail of $50 or more). We really need to receive all material for this auction by Friday, August 2nd, which *SEEMS* like a long way off, but time really can get away from you, and if you send your items now, you have a much greater chance of having them included, because we always take the first example of each item we are sent.
