It's funny. We e-mailed all 8,400+ active registered bidders to let them know of this major error on our part, and *NO ONE* complained, and we received exactly three replies that read as follows:
1) "Bruce - You are forgiven cause you are the best and most ethical in the business." 2) "Love you guys. Thanks for being transparent with your users. This is why I stick around." 3) "You've just proven that you're human (not that that was in doubt); you've handled a potentially messy situation with grace and honesty. As one who's not always met that high standard, I'm all the more impressed."
