I avoid UPS like the plague. Occasionally we must, at a customer's insistence use UPS either to send or to receive a package. We have a signature requirement on file with them which they regularly ignore. Ever had a $15,000 package sit on your porch overnight? It ends up there after you've waited for it all day. It is not unusual for them to come after 7 P.M. here. You CAN get insurance for film posters with them, but what kind of experience one would have with UPS if one had to file a claim? MovieArt uses the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for most domestic deliveries and FED EX for expedited service. For expensive packages we prefer registered mail. It's the safest way to send anything and you can get insurance.
