Think it was lynchposters.com.

Seem to remember last time I wanted to check having to look at the pages using 
wayback machine.

Though I don't believe this has ever been nailed down the likeliest scenario 
seems to be:

Block type with no in-print fold lines is the first version.

Lynch reportedly didn't like the typeface so second version done with thinner 
type, again without the in-print fold lines  reproduced in the artwork (Nance's 
chin etc.)

After that there's the ones reproduced from earlier posters with fold lines 
reproduced and also fakes.

There's some discussions on NSFGE that should show up with a search.

Also Bruce has had quite a few and he makes some observations on paper (matt 
rather than gloss) in the descriptions found in the past auctions.
