Julie Harris, star of "East of Eden" (1955) and the "The Haunting" (1963) has died at age 87. A personal favorite (and guilty pleasure): "Home for the Holidays," a nifty little TV thriller made for the "ABC Movie of the Week" in 1972. Julie Harris co-stars with Sally Field, Jessica Walter, Eleanor Parker and Walter Brennan (in one of his very last performances). It's available on YouTube, including that memorable Movie of the Week open. If you're never seen it, or are too young to recall the "Movie of the Week," it's worth a look:
