I thought so much of Julie Harris. It saddened me greatly that she passed
away. It is good to see "East Of Eden" coming out in the next few months on
the Blu Ray format along with "Rebel" and "Giant".
This is one of my favorite scenes from "East Of Eden". I refer to it as
the "ring" scene. I think it's a wonderful scene. She thought she was in love
with Cal's brother Aaron. But after getting close to Cal in scenes like
this she understood Cal and came to love him.
