Today, here in Austin, I was shown an RKO Exhibitors Promotional Book which was in quite nice shape. It was superior in some ways to the identical book that was auctioned by Heritage for $2300. The entire spine was in good shape and it was presented in the original box.
The owner wishes to sell this and I believe that he would sell for price in the $3000 -$4000 range.
