I want to tell you about our special auction closing this Sunday, December 15th:

It came about when a collector sent us his entire Marilyn Monroe collection of around 50 items, including many of the best ones, and coincidentally, we received a separate collection of Audrey Hepburn items from a different consignor. Since Marilyn Monroe is *THE* most recognizable female movie star of the 1950s, and since Audrey Hepburn is *THE* most recognizable female movie star of the 1960s, we thought it would be fun to run the two "against" each other, and we asked our other consignors to submit items, and we ended up with *300 Monroe items and 283 Hepburns*, and they really are an incredible selection from both stars, and not just posters, but also lobby cards, stills, magazines, and more! *SO THIS IS UNLIKE ALMOST ALL OF OUR "REGULAR" AUCTIONS, BECAUSE YOU WILL FIND A MIXTURE OF ALL KINDS OF ITEMS THAT WE AUCTION *(all U.S. sizes from 8x10 stills to six-sheets, plus lots of posters from other countries, often with wonderful art not seen on *ANY* U.S. posters).
