I am pretty surprised to see that there are still a fair number of sellers
who sell hundreds of movie paper related items individually on eBay. I *CAN
*understand if they get free listings and start the items at the least
price they are willing to accept (accounting for eBay's commissions). You
can only win (when you make a sale) and have nothing to lose. Of course you
might only sell a tiny percentage of what you list, but if you are in no
hurry, then that is OK.

But I am talking about those few who still start at 99 cents or a dollar. I
look over the closing prices of those eBay sellers, and it looks to me like
they usually get wholesale prices overall (because eBay is overrun with
repros, and few people have the time or willingness to sift through them
all), Of course, they *STILL *have to photograph all their items, create
listings, and then deal with dozens or hundreds of buyers, and have to send
dozens or hundreds of packages.

Is there a reason for *ANYONE *to auction on eBay and start at 99 cents or
one dollar these days?
