Wish I was a Time Warner customer, several days without a single email - I'd call that a blessing...

Makes you now wonder how many conversations were carried out by that old fashioned contraption, the phone, during those few days.


Bruce Hershenson did previously state on 14/06/2014 12:33 PM:
"Customers using Time Warner Cable's RoadRunner email service in cities across the country have been unable to access email for the last few days. Time Warner Cable representatives said less than 10% of their 15 million customers in 29 states -- about 1.5 million -- are affected by the outages...."

One of our customers affected by this called us today to explain why he hadn't paid for his purchases. What amazed him (and amazed me) is how little publicity this has received. You don't suppose that Time Warner is using its huge media influence to suppress the reporting of this story? Or maybe 1.5 million without email for days just isn't "news".

Anyway, if you have someone who should have contacted you (business-wise or personally) and hasn't, *THIS *may be the answer.
