Am I losing my marbles, do I need glasses, or was it that half bottle of brandy that I had for breakfast yesterday? I could have sworn it was 777. I remember thinking it was about a quarter of the total catalogue stock. Being an accountant by trade, I’m usually pretty good with numbers. It seems to be 46 right now – a much better number. The layout also seems to have changed slightly – I’m sure the number was to the right of the page numbers. Just trying to get out of looking like a “right plonker” (English slang for idiot). Picking up on David’s point, I guess there is a lot of text on the home page. Personally, I like reading a bit of “meat” on a website and finding out more about the person I am dealing with but maybe most of the text on the home page would be better on an “About Us/Me” page. To be honest, I didn’t actually see the text yesterday as I didn’t think to scroll down. The amount of scrolling required might also be something to look at. Hi Helmut Congratulations on your new site. The only thing that struck me from having had a quick look is that there are rather too many highlights - 777 to be precise. I don't what other Mopoers think but to me there should only be up to 30 - maybe 50 at a push - highlights at any one time.
