Ebay was great at one time. It was self-policed and it worked well. It was actually fun. It has become a microcosm of big government.

I check a day later and the item was relisted -- now with a stock photo of a 1964 poster and he removed his photo of the title block on his 80s re-release poster! This deception is 100% intentional. I would encourage anyone with extra time to report the listing as fraudulent. I already have.
