Has anyone ever had any dealings with an ebay buyer: someweirdsin?
I shipped an insured poster, he states that it is damaged, still wants the
poster, refuses to file a claim, and wants a partial refund.
Curious if anyone else has ever been blessed with this 'wonderful customer'.
