Yes, on the face of it now that is what I would think, but any databases that might reveal all do not.

hmmmm

Makes me wonder now too if this is not a re-issue (re-release) but a 1976 first release for the international market of this title hence with a title change. The poster might very well be a first release international version. This is getting even more interesting.

Actually, re-reading the sellers description it says: "(the film
was) Released in Europe in 1977. Poster has copyright on LHside,
with text "1976 by Tele-Net International Inc."

Could it be an International Poster first release? There is no NSS
info that I can see on it.

    Thanks Tom

We'll discuss it with the seller and get it changed to a R-76. I
guess I am curious as to why re-release info for the title isn't
    anywhere to be found.

    thank-you

I also should have said this is a re-titled R-1976 poster with a
title change. It was made to promote "Rebel Rousers" which Jack
made in 1967. This poster was released to ride on the
popularity of Jack Nicholson's Cuckoo's Nest recent Oscar wins.

A poster has been listed and I wonder if anyone can shed
some light on it because the title on the poster is not what
        the film was.

Rather than explain it twice, click on the image to view the
        listing and the seller's description.
