yes that is a killer poster Rich... whats most impressive to me is you
see that we change with time and modify our stuff to different Timed on
that You get a High five as somewhere there is a person who will really
want this and make thier day as the art and the title fit them at this
time of thier life.. so you have served a purpose by saving it, storing
it, preserving and sharing the passon with others and now releasing it
back to the world.. for that I do think you should be rewarded witha
great sale so you can fine tune interests and your focus as its not
about quantity.. its about quality and the experience ofa lifetime of
sharing..and you have shown Great passion and love of many aspects of
film and art and comics and popculture just as many have on this mopo
list.. But as we hit our 60s,,, me im 58 so you win,,:) we gain the
knowledge of the wise 77 year old man that saw he wont be needing it,,
so the really fun part isbthe fast replay of passing it on to the next
group of movie lovers to steward for others,,and pass on the
heritage.... Just as I think Morrie sees.. and I have seen... my gretest
fear was that I would croak and it end up in a landfill where noone sees
t or shares in it... I am still learnng to let go as we value some
things more then others do so when they make a lowball offer our years
of being around it and also what it means are many times offened... But
when you see a persons face light up and eyes open wide with Joy...its
almost worth the sale alone as thats what its really all about in my
book...sharing the experience of Motion pictures..as a creative art form
through theyes of the writer, the actor, he artists in all he creative
areas the dp the director and then finally the poster artist that has to
convey the entire picture on a 2 d piece of paper... we all in one way
or another share that experience and aside of the huge prices at aucion
, we all share that... even on repros or bubblegum cards or old aurora
Model kits...Its a fun thing and to even be on the fringe of any part is
still cool.. so good luck Rich.. You and Bruce and all the others on
MOPO have made my life alittle better from education and just sharing..
Thank YOU..
