I hope all his family draw solace in that he has passed to a greater place and
he now has no health problems or worries and that he is watching over you all.

I’m so very sad to report that Steve Haynes, one of the original founders of
Cinevent, passed away this morning after a short battle with cancer. Steve was
a great guy and the ultimate classic film lover. I will miss his presence at
Cinevent.
