I saw the subject line and thought: "Is it serious or is the thing with John 
and the 3 sheet just a fling? Will the cultural differences be a problem? Could 
there be marriage and children?"
Thought I'd break the silence, and, no, I have no idea what the mystery numbers 
mean at the bottom of the poster. The NSS is usually less random in their 
codification.
