I have seen this image before and I also think it is a trade ad, but
what throws me is the A rating.
did they show ratings on trade ads?

The reason I was thinking Double Crown is that they sometimes did
character posters in that format, but I guess that's probably true
of press ads, or trade ad supplements and suchlike.
