Hi -

My favorite way to handle PB’s is to store them flat in various size archival
boxes - something of a modular system to organize a great number of items with
varying sizes.

When you need something - you pull the box - not everything in the slipper
stack.

Given you are alphabetically organizing, it may cause you to use all the same
size box -
Which can create some wasted space - but the overall effect is one of
simplicity.

Large size archival folders - 11 x 14 and larger - call also go into the boxes
and hold groupings - same title - slippery sleeves - and / or just further
break down the alphabetical filing.

This system has the added expense - but protection - of archival boxes - (You
can order them any size you want) -
But when all is done, stacked and labeled - you will have quite an impressive
presentation - easier to handle and transport.

Alan
