Printed for different world territories I guess. Philosophers Stone  was 
the title of the book when first published in the UK, but was changed  to 
Sorcerers Stone when later published in the US. This was then reflected with  
the movie. I'm possibly telling you stuff you already knew tho.

I have a  Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone international one sheet 
with that title.  It has the cast montage with the late, great Alan Rickman in 
front. The  problem is that every other international one sheet with that 
image seems to  be titled Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Can anyone 
throw any light  on this, please?
