Tim,

LE CONFORMISTE was released 10 years later, and many printers had changed to a 
different paper stock by then. I frequently sell french posters for UN FLIC 
from 1972, and there are dead mint originals out there, that do not show any 
sign of browning.

As you pointed out correctly, 1960 is different.
