As always Scott is the epitome of fairness and restraint. I’ve been on a large number of listserves over the years and Scott is the only list owner who has struck exactly the right balance between hands-off control and intervention when absolutely necessary. My unequivocal thanks for his steady hand at the wheel of the good ship MOPO.
