Kirby= I saw one of these i my rolled posters ona dayglo type paper but
forget where i saw it..as dave said there was personality and there was
portal... but i think mine came from someone else as i think mine was
orgiginla and 27 x 42 or even larger...if i see it ill let you know it
was always sticking out whendid the film cme outas thats probaly wheni
got it..
but funny part is i bought many posters frpm personality.. they where a
funnu company as they didjust sel to anyone and they kinda approved you
i got hendix the monkees, all kinds of cool old posters as tey where on
eof the oldest along with Ludlowm (Bernie Swartz)Dargis and scopio. a nd
all those commercial compans..some woykd get athentic one sheets.. i
bought a trauckload from a poster seller in new york of sat night fever
and other titles all where theatrical.....pre internet...Finky posters
did all the day glo and flocked Black light posters..i also would be
sent samples from big publishers.. matter of fact i met"" who was the
commercial poster king..he was the one in 1976 did the worlds largest
seelling commercial poster of Farrah fawcett..his co called PRO arts was
in Media OHIO..
I had another one of my crazy ideas to makea GI JAN poster with himandi
havea letter somewhere from him.. alsoanther friendwhos s tsill in
business Tery Micaelis did the vetter for Corvette summer with Mark
hamill and ANNie Potts ini think 78?? well had had them to town with all
the 20th century fox people( watch alan say i did the promotion)... and
welli supplied the models fr Terry as i was a booking agentat the tim
and just started selling memorabila in 1977 mail order for the Dream
Factory™...I was able to get a distribution deal for terrys magazine
corvette Fever from Curtis publishingin 1977 -78 wow.. the memories.. i
was only like 20-21..any questions why i am a lunitic? thank YOu very
much mopo..
