If you use Turbo Lister, there is an embedded logo and link that sellers will have to remove from all of their listings. Even though it is supposedly an ebay link it violates their new policy. Auctiva is OK but their tools for removing things like the Turbo Lister links, etc are not as effective as they could be.
Another thing for ebay sellers to cause some headaches is that all listings will soon need to be mobile responsive with appropriate viewport meta tags.
