Hi Todd, Sorry, just noticed this email. If you click the link below and then the tab that says "View E-Catalog" you can view the entire catalog. There is more information on the lots there. As stated, I have no idea why Bonhams chooses not to offer any grading. In this case, the items are almost all in excellent condition and I will post some information here after I preview. Thanks, Joe http://www.bonhams.com/auctions/24309/

No sizes besides mentioning the format... one sheet, half sheet, etc and yes, no condition but I guess they expect you to either go to the viewing in person(of course, everyone can do that) or ask for a condition report, which they are notorious for screwing up. I know this from personal experience. What's even worse and hopefully they've remedied this for Ira's items... they have the absolute worst poster images I've ever seen for any auction house, ever! For non poster items, their images are quite good but for posters themselves, they're horrible! Every past auction where they've included posters, they make the posters look dark and muddy. Not only is this doing a disservice to the consignors and the buyers but it's also doing a disservice to the auction house itself. They actually make the posters look bad when in person they look great. I've mentioned this to them on a number of occasions and apparently, it's gone on deaf ears. Apparently, they just don't care. With the quality of this material, it's too bad Ira or Joe didn't(or maybe they did?) approach the two largest auction houses in the world. Sotheby's and Christie's. Those are two auction houses that really know how to sell posters and who have the clients which the other auction houses don't. Again, with the value and quality of this material, I'd be very surprised that they would turn down doing an auction with this material. No sizes. No ratings. Backed or not backed. No descriptions of any defects. Etc… I guess these are all perfect and in mint shape….. I don’t understand how they get away with that. I work closely with Ira (to put it lightly), but I can say there are some drop dead, unbelievable posters and lobby cards here with a clear conscience. Here is the link to the sale - catalog shortly: http://www.bonhams.com/auctions/24309/ Hope to see you there.
