to sell them clasic posters they think are real??? every dealershould
have oneto show people that think they have a rare collectible andits
justa prtal reprint..how much wouldypu pay for one??? and wha size?? the
original looks likeits 20 x 28approx andis inFull color..give me
input..i guess i could always just take a pic and you could all share it
free onyourposter sites andonlearn about posters... i seem to be one
oftheguys that got his start witha box of folded one sheets and portal
reprints as we seldom found the black cat in collections we bought like
some of you did... heck my 1st month in biz we didnt even have a cash
register.just a newspaper boy changer and someone stole it off the
counter ..oh the memories flood the mind..LOL:)
butwe did ok we also sold personality posters..you had to pass the test
ofBOB to buy fromthem....if youthinkim odd... matteroffact the entire
business was filed with personalities...and what was funny is many had
dry, no humor..likethey were thetrees inwizard of Oz...butsome would be
like family and give breaks likewhenyou needed a rare title...so it
varied....i was thinking inmycase it took like 42 years to gather much
ofthis..i donthave 42 more to sell it..however maybe my son will so ifi
croak he knows the bixz pretty good..as he understands its worth more
then me and always says why do you give ita way ...well...I guess its
like the depression when peopel asked 5 cent for bread..the value
ofstuffis totalluy up to thebuyer..i don think a 450 million painting is
worth it bec i donthave 450 million..id go..maybe 200.00 lol
so with mem orabilia its lke stock some is worthless thats from silent
era..andi can get more fora 80s poster..go figure..ive learned nothing
in 42 years i guess..however I personally like it all except maybethe
last 20 years i am not excited..thank god for retro tv and movies....
Imiss group gatherings when we shared the movie experience as a group...
it seems gone and people fear going,plus the cost is crazy...
