I guess I was wrong. That happens once in a great while.

Thank you all. A customer bought our clearly identified window card on ebay,
thinking that it was a DVD. She requested a return, which, of course, I agreed
to, but then we got into a discussion about whether a DVD even existed. It’s
curious that window cards often look like DVD covers, the same general
proportions. We have had several window cards returned. Some we have even
edited the listing to say "This is not a DVD."
